- Project management of Industrial (Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental) projects including: design, engineering assistance, project planning and construction monitorin.
- Provide agency pre-award activities (project planning, design, cost estimating, proposal evaluation and price analysis).
- Perform contract post-award task (technical guidance and reviews, manage project timelines and ensure compliance to quality standards).
- Study and monitor air quality compliance of the facility as per Clean Air Act (CAA).
- Prepare construction and operating permits applications in compliance with New Source Performance Standards. (NSPS)
- Analyze proposed air regulations and present analysis in public hearing.
- Quality Assurance and Control of the Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) and Opacity Monitoring System. ( COMS)
- Analyze plant operation and calculate Greenhouse Gas. (GHG)
- Maintain a Title V Permit and correspond with U.S EPA, DOE and other Agency regulators.
- Identify Environmental and Safety Requirements for personnel and plan for training.
