Requirements Management

During this phase, our analyst identifies stakeholders and establishes requirement baselines in agreement with customer's mission. Requirements traceability matrices are developed to track requirements throughout the development process. Changes are controlled and consistency to the requirements baseline is maintained.
Integrated Systems Design

Perform detailed impact analysis to determine the level of effort required. Design a technical architecture to comply with existing IT standards and policy, review and verify implementation of the requirements.
Software Development

Using architectural and the Integrated System Design (ISD) documents, construct
software products according to the approved ISD documentation.
Software Testing

Implement a methodology that promotes quality of deliverables with reduced risk
of failure. Define test activities from the initial stages through implementation of the
final product. Execute major test activities (Unit, Integration, User and Production)
for all deliverables and incorporate Software Change and Release Management for all deliverables.
